AptDeco then launched an "Arya Score"- a real-time performance metric that is updated and shown to all delivery workers on the Arya mobile experience.

Using Arya's pay campaigns, real-time incentives were then launched to motivate warehouse and delivery workers to improve their Arya score and overall quality.
